I wrote about my Halloween Costume project in the beginning of October, and gave out an AMAZING deal on them along with a couple examples of what they would look like and several of you took me up on it. I had so much fun capturing your little ghouls and goblins, princesses and pop queens, that there is no doubt in my mind that I will be doing this again next Halloween. There is just something about dressing up in a costume that gets even the most shy little one to come out of their shell and show their personality. Of course, you’ll probably take photos of your kids in their costumes anyway, but these are so much more fun because the limitations are only as far as your imagination can take you! Unfortunately, the weather cut short my plans for Sunday’s shoot at Banbury Place, so I think next year that will be my primary location. What better place for spookiness and a Halloween backdrop than Banbury Place? Really it doesn’t get much better.
Phoenix Park worked perfectly for Halloween portraits on Friday, but that’s because I had Princesses, and cute little cheerleaders. From my In-Home session on Sunday, I got a couple portraits of a Super Scary T-Rex! Oooooh!!!! So, I thought I would share with you what I came away with. Enjoy! And I hope to see the rest of you out for next year’s Halloween Costume Portraits, along with your kids!
