What A Session Looks Like With Violet Photography & Design | Chippewa Valley Photographer

This is an unprecedented move for me, but I decided today that what better way to show you what a session looks like with me than to show you one of my recent sessions. This was this past weekend with Holly. We spent a little less than an hour together and came away with some fantastic shots. In half an hour time, you can typically expect to receive anywhere from 15-20 proofs, double that within an hour. Of course, I don’t like quoting the number of images you will see because it really depends on a number of factors: how comfortable you are with the camera being a main one, how many people in your session being another, and how well everyone cooperates; because let’s face it. Add kids to the mix and you never know what kind of adventure we’ll be having. I work hard though, to ensure that I am coming away with photos that we’ll all be happy with. This journey is never just about my clients, it’s always about me making my next session better than my last. I strive to never be the same photographer skill-wise, from one session to the next. There is always room for improvement, and no one knows that better than me. So, when you book a session with me you have my guarantee that you will have images you are thrilled with. Enjoy viewing the photos from Holly’s session! To give you an idea of what a session looks like with VPD, none of these images have been digitally retouched or enhanced. These images are Straight Out Of Camera (SOOC). Enjoy!

  • Holly Carfield - Bobbie Sue truly is an amazing photographer!! I had sooooo much fun with her on this day and cannnnNOT wait to do our newborn pictures! I was nervous the whole night before as I have never had my pictures professionally taken before besides for school on picture day which was only one snap shot! I thought I would feel very nervous or uncomfortable in front of the camera or posing but Bobbie Sue made that go away after the first picture was taken! She was so genuine and so helpful and just simply made us feel 100% comfortable! When I asked her how should we pose or stand or what should we do? She simply said act and feel like your self so that made it all the more comfortable as well! It really was a lot of fun, we (my fiance and I) both had a blast! I would and have been recommending her to everyone I know that is looking to get their pictures done! She also has the best ideas for where to go for backround/sceanery even to make it look awesome with what your wearing! She truly is a very talanted and inspiring woman! Thank you soooo much Bobbie Sue! I cannot wait to have you for our wedding day!ReplyCancel
